Moving up

Gage, Plymouth, named David Morrisette vice president of strategic account development. Morrisette joined Gage in 2006 and has worked for Ryan Partnership, McCracken Brooks Communications, Momentum and Campbell Mithun.

The Lacek Group, Minneapolis, named Brad Fiery senior partner. Fiery is the vice president of marketing analytics and campaign operations. He has worked for General Electric Capital, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, General Mills and Equitable Life Assurance Society.

On the move

Securian Financial Group, St. Paul, named Alyssa Schlander senior counsel and public affairs director. Schlander led external affairs and communications for the Minnesota Auto Dealers Assoc. and served on the staff of former state Sen. Jim Vickerman. She is a graduate of the College of St. Benedict and received her law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law.

Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, Minneapolis, named Jeffrey Gleason principal in the firm's business litigation group. Gleason was a trial attorney in the Department of Justice, civil division, civil fraud section and has worked for Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr.

John M. Floyd & Assoc. named Susan Prell regional director. Prell has worked for American Deposit Management Co., TCF Bank, Piper Jaffray and Dunham & Assoc. She is a board member of ECHO and has volunteered for Children's Cancer Research Fund, including serving as co-chairwoman of the 2011 Gala.

Mairs and Power, St. Paul, named Allen Steinkopf vice president and investment manager of individually managed accounts. Steinkopf was a senior manager at Nuveen and has worked for Advantus and MIMLIC Asset Management.

Pope Architects, St. Paul, named Eric Strickland senior medical planner. Strickland was a senior associate at AECOM/Ellerbe Becket and was a senior project planner for the Mayo Clinic Proton Therapy Building in Phoenix.

McKinstry named Bob Schmidt business development manager. Schmidt was a business development leader with Trane Commercial Systems. McKinstry named Terry Freese senior commissioning engineer and Mike Mason project director.

Ecumen, Shoreview, named Dena Meyer director of business development. Meyer has worked for Lifestyle Communities, Cooperative Communities and was interim housing manager of Ecumen Seasons at Apple Valley.

Minnesota Private College Fund, St. Paul, named Sara Barrow vice president of development. Barrow was director of investor relations at Greater MSP and has worked for Northwest Area Foundation, NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center and the City of Minneapolis.

TSA Solutions named Klaus Kohlmayr chief commercial officer and Steve Green director of business development. Kohlmayr and Green will lead the Americas headquarters in Minneapolis for the company.
