He is a graduate of Bethel University and received a master's degree from the University of St. Thomas.
Five Star Professional, Eagan, named Jim Olson chief executive. Olson was the chief operating officer since 2012 and has held leadership positions at Iconoculture, Sabbath and West Publishing. Five Star Professional also named Lynn Hargreaves vice president, research and service operations.
Workers' Compensation Reinsurance Association (WCRA), St. Paul, named James Heer president and chief executive. Heer joined WCRA in 2007 as the vice president and chief actuary. He is on the board of the National Hemophilia Foundation.

AdvisorNet Financial, Minneapolis, named Tom Rippberger vice president of AdvisorNet Wealth Management. Rippberger was senior director at McGladrey Wealth Management and graduated cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law.
WinCraft, Winona, named Dwight Keenan senior vice president of operations. Keenan joined WinCraft as a computer programmer in 1992 and most recently was vice president of technology & distribution.
Mortenson Construction, Golden Valley, named Darin Knapp regional manager. Knapp was a senior vice president for Knutson Construction and has 23 years of construction experience.
Anderson Cos., St. Louis Park, named Nate Pearson senior project manager/preconstruction services. Pearson held leadership positions with Mortenson Construction and Ryan Cos.
Kraus-Anderson Construction Co., Minneapolis, named Scott Lair project manager. Lair was a project manager of Tishman Construction, Chicago office.
Think Mutual Bank, Rochester, named Marsha Douglas vice president of mortgage. Douglas joined Think in 2009 and has more than 25 years of banking industry experience.

Honors
Breast Cancer Awareness Association gave Nancy Hutchison their BCAA Award. Hutchison is the medical director of cancer rehabilitation and survivorship for the Virginia Piper Cancer Institute and Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute in Minneapolis.
