Wells Fargo & Co. named Michael Vinyon regional director for the Twin Cities market for its Private Bank. Vinyon joined Wells Fargo in 1998 and most recently was a senior regional fiduciary manager. He serves on the advisory group for Cornerstone Council and was past president of the Minnesota Planned Giving Council.
Colle+McVoy, Minneapolis, announced David Denham as chief growth officer. Previously, Denham was director of strategic growth. Also, Colle+McVoy announced Sunny Fenton as director of business development.
CliftonLarsonAllen named Samantha Metcalf partner in the accounting and consulting firm's Minneapolis office. Metcalf is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs, Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association, TwinWest Chamber of Commerce and Manufacturers Alliance.
Postal Credit Union announced Robin Grimes as vice president of mortgage/business services. Grimes will administer and supervise the origination, processing and servicing of real estate and commercial functions.

Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota hired Carol Koenecke-Grant as chief strategy officer. Previously, Koenecke-Grant was senior vice president of strategic planning and implementation at Guthrie Health System, Sayre, Pa. The Wisconsin native has 20 years of experience working for multidisciplinary physician groups, for-profit and nonprofit health care systems and academic medical centers.
Fredrikson & Byron, Minneapolis, hired Stephen Tight as an officer in the firm's corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital and life sciences groups. Previously, Tight was vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer at St. Jude Medical's atrial fibrillation division.
