Moving up

XRS Corp., Eden Prairie, appointed Christian Schenk to senior vice president of product strategy and market growth. Schenk will be responsible for product roadmap, product marketing, lead generation, inside sales, partnerships, channel marketing and sales enablement. Previously he was vice president of product marketing and market development. Before that, Schenk owned ELCON Systems and was co-founder of SelectComm Communications.

Postal Credit Union (PCU) promoted Kelly Johnson to senior vice president of lending, Minnesota. Johnson has worked for PCU since 1989 and previously served as vice president of member remote services and risk management. He has volunteered for Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity and Second Harvest Heartland.

Bremer Bank, St. Paul, named Julie McDonough vice president of business banking. Previously, McDonough worked for M&I/BMO Harris Bank and was the vice president and manager for the Eden Prairie and Wayzata locations. She is a volunteer with Junior Achievement and an advisory council member for the Caring for Kids Initiative.

Martin/Williams, Minneapolis, hired Tony Lintner as group creative director. Lintner was most recently group creative director at Space150. He has worked for clients including UnitedHealth Group, Microsoft, Buffalo Wild Wings, Target and others.

Tunheim, Minneapolis, hired Liz Tunheim Sheets as director of digital and social strategy. Previously Sheets worked for Spyder Trap as social media manager and Best Buy in experiential and entertainment marketing.

Stevie Awards for Women in Business presented Melanie Nelson, Learning ZoneXpress founder and CEO, with a silver award for female entrepreneur of the year (consumer products, 11 to 2,500 employees).
