Minnesota's next budget forecast, which covers the next two year span, will be released on Dec. 4.
The forecast will give the next governor and Legislature a clearer picture of how much the state is spending and taking in and whether they have a surplus or deficit with which to contend.
Interim revenue numbers have both surpassed and under performed forecast numbers.
