Humboldt Commons, a 36-unit multi-family property in Brooklyn Center, was sold earlier this month for $1.6 million, according to Kontor Realty Group of Eden Prairie.
That's about $45,000 per unit.
The buyer, an unnamed local private investment group, was represented by Michael Berglund, president of the Kontor Realty Group.
“This was a great example of a Class-C property that was priced to reflect its current market value.” Berglund said.
The three-building property, located at 6807, 6813, and 6819 Humboldt Ave. N. was formerly known as the Humboldt Commons Condominiums. The sale closed in less than 30 days.
Cindy Tews of Add-vantage Realty Inc., Shakopee, and Neil Friedman of Jordan Realty Inc. in Minneapolis, had the listing to market the property on behalf of the seller.
