The woman whose body was found Monday near some dumpsters in Fridley appears to have died of exposure, authorities said Tuesday.
She was identified as 36-year-old Lesean Morrisa Taylor of St. Paul.
The Anoka County Sheriff's Office said that the official cause of death is awaiting toxicology results.
A garbage truck driver found her body about 10:30 a.m. Monday on the 900 block of Hillwind Road NE. Authorities said her body did not have any obvious signs of injury.
Monday was the ninth consecutive day that the Twin Cities had subzero temperatures. The overnight low was in the teens below zero.
Attempts to reach relatives Tuesday afternoon were not immediately successful.
