Justin Bieber, left, the mop-top Canadian teenager who became a pop sensation last fall via MySpace and YouTube, is aiming big for his first headline Twin Cities appearance: Target Center on June 29.

If you can place seven songs on Billboard's Hot 100 in the same year, why not go for an arena? Bieber's appearance at KDWB's Jingle Ball in December was largely responsible for Xcel Energy Center selling out 14,000 tickets.

After offering a seven-song EP in November, Bieber, who just turned 16, will release a full-length album, "My World 2.0," on Tuesday.

The viral-spawned star has generated more than 150 million views on YouTube and MySpace. His My World Tour will visit more than 40 cities, beginning on June 23 in Hartford, Conn.

Tickets, priced from $31.50 to $51.50, will go on sale to fan club members (www.bieberfever.com) at 10 a.m. Thursday and via Ticketmaster at 10 a.m. March 27.

Sean Kingston, 20, the reggae-loving pop star known for "Fire Burning" and "Beautiful Girls," will open all shows.
