The Twin Cities fashion designer adds a feminine edge to grunge with her 2013 spring collection. Think baby-doll dresses and combat boots. Nineties nirvana, anyone? As a younger designer, Blomgren is known for being ahead of the curve. Her designs are well received at local boutique Cliché, where owner Joshua Sundberg says he's "most excited" about her spring collection. "The line is very cool," he said. "A little bit grunge, a little goth, but in a sophisticated and very wearable way."
Runner-up: Sarah Holm
