Let's do the math. Three Twin Cities chefs are winners of the Best Chef: Midwest award from the James Beard Foundation: Tim McKee of La Belle Vie, Alex Roberts of Restaurant Alma and Isaac Becker of 112 Eatery. A handful more have been nominated. But armchair awards-watchers want to know: Where is the love for Doug Flicker of Piccolo?
