J.J. Barea came running off the floor before tonight's game against Dallas after testing that injured hamstring and said, "I'm good," as he tore toward the locker room.
He will come off the bench -- mostly likely paired with Ricky Rubio -- against his former Mavericks mates after missing Friday's game against Miami.
Barea hurt that hamstring going for a layup at Milwaukee on Tuesday.
"He really wants to play tonight," coach Rick Adelman said. "I'm more concerned to make sure that hamstring is good to go and he doesn't have any repercussions from that."
Nikola Pekovic, out since the preseason because of strained groin muscles, also has been cleared to play tonight.
