By Pat Doyle DFL Sen. Tom Bakk of Cook has been endorsed for governor by the Cabinet Makers Local 1865 in Minneapolis-St. Paul. It has about 500 members. Bakk is a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters (UBC) union and worked as a carpenter and union business agent before joining the legislature.
