Both the New Yorker and Newsweek have taken a long look at Michele Bachmann.

The New Yorker piece includes this exchange between a reporter and Marcus Bachmann, the congresswoman's husband: "All I want to know is what they're saying about me," he said. "Newsweek came up with the word 'silver fox.' Tell me what 'silver fox' means." "Do you want me to tell you honestly?" I asked. "Oh, don't tell me it's something gay!" he said. "Because I've been called that before." The piece also highlights Michele Bachmann's relationship with John Eidsmoe, a professor who has attracted some controversy for his views.

Newsweek's piece on the cover of the Daily Beast web site calls Bachmann "the Queen of Rage." See the image here.
