An unfolding situation involving a person on a bridge has police and fire teams on the scene. It's taking place on the 42nd Avenue Bridge over Hwy. 100 in Robbinsdale.
Southbound traffic is being diverted from Hwy. 100 at County Road 81. Traffic is backed up Brooklyn Blvd. If possible, get off on Brooklyn Blvd. and avoid up to a 20 minute wait.
