The work of nine artists from the Eagan Art House is on display in the winter art exhibit at the Byerly's cafe area in Eagan through late February.

The show's 15 paintings, in watercolor, acrylic and oil paints, depict the winter season. Works for sale range from $65 to $235, although not all are for sale. Interested buyers may contact the Eagan Art House at 651-675-5524 for details.

The exhibit runs until Feb. 24. Byerly's, 1299 Promenade Place, is open 6 a.m. to midnight daily.

The Eagan Art House, operated by the city of Eagan, offers arts classes for various ages and skill levels. In addition to hosting the annual Eagan Art Festival, the Eagan Art House runs exhibitions throughout the year at businesses and other locations around the city.

Burnsville

Girl Singers holiday show is Dec. 17

In what's become an annual tradition at the Burnsville Performing Arts Center, the retro vocal group Girl Singers of the Hit Parade will hold its Christmas show Dec. 17.

The show includes classic hymns such as "Adeste Fidelis" and "Silent Night" as well as up-tempo hits including "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree," "Merry Christmas Polka" and other holiday classics.
