Minnesota State Mankato completed its first unbeaten regular season in school history by running past Upper Iowa 70-7 at home on Saturday.

The Mavericks (11-0, 7-0 NSIC South) rushed for 492 yards and had 604 yards in total offense.

Connor Thomas and Mitch Brozovich each rushed for two TDs for the Mavericks, who led 49-0 at halftime.

The 24-team NCAA Division II playoff field will be announced Sunday. The Mavericks are ranked No. 2 in Division II and No. 1 in the Super Region 3 rankings.

Minn. Duluth 49, Northern State 31: Quarterback Chase Vogler rushed for 224 yards and five TDs to lead the host Bulldogs to the victory.

Logan Lauters rushed for 149 yards and two TDs and Austin Sikorski for 102 yards as the Bulldogs, the NSIC North co-champs, totaled 496 yards rushing.

Winona State 49, Concordia (St. Paul) 31: Rayon Simmons rushed for 184 yards and two TDs to lead the host Warriors past the Golden Bears.

Simmons, the NSIC's all-time career leading rusher, increased his season rushing total to 1,588 yards -- the best single-season total in NSIC and school history.

The Warriors (9-2, 6-1 NSIC South) trailed 10-0 after the first quarter before scoring 42 unanswered points.

Augustana 38, Southwest Minnesota State 35: Dajon Newell rushed for 160 yards and three TDs to help the Vikings outlast the Mustangs in Marshall, Minn. He has 1,085 yards this season.

Newell, who became the fourth player in Augustana history to rush for 1,000 yards in a season, scored on an 11-yard run with 3:12 left to give the Vikings a 37-35 lead.

The Mustangs missed a potential game-tying 43-yard field with 15 seconds to play. Tyler Peschong threw four TD passes for the Mustangs.

Bemidji State 49, Minot State 0: Bemidji State's defense limited Minot State to 57 yards and four first downs to earn the victory in Bemidji, Minn.

Lance Rongstad passed for 225 yards and three TDs and Brad Hemling rushed for two TDs for the Beavers (7-4, 6-1 NSIC North), who earned a share of the NSIC North Division title.

Minn.-Crookston 37, Mary 36: Talo Pascal's 1-yard TD run on the final play of the fourth quarter and Richard Haley's rush for a two-point conversion lifted the Golden Eagles to the victory over the Marauders in Grand Forks, N.D. Both the touchdown and two-point conversion came after pass interference calls on the Marauders.

St. Cloud State 39, MSU Moorhead 37: Phillip Klaphake passed for two TDs and rushed for 147 yards and two TDs -- including a 94-yard TD run -- to help the Huskies outlast the host Dragons.

Sioux Falls 24, Wayne State 14: Taylor Perkins rushed for one touchdown and passed for another to lead the host Cougars.

WIACWis.-Eau Claire 28, Wis.-River Falls 7: Joel Sweeney rushed for 281 yards and two TDs to lead the host Blugolds past the Falcons.

Wis.-Oshkosh 27, Wis.-Stout 18: The Titans, ranked No. 5 in Division III, closed out an unbeaten regular season with the victory in Menomonie, Wis.

Wis.-Whitewater 24, Wis.-La Crosse 0: Desmin Ward rushed for 108 yards and two TDs to lead the visiting Warhawks.
