Nick Pieruccini threw four TD passes and ran for a score in the first half to spark Minnesota State Mankato to a 45-12 victory over St. Cloud State in an NSIC interdivision game in St. Cloud on Saturday.

The host Huskies led 6-0 in the first quarter before Pieruccini led the Mavericks to 35 unanswered points and a 35-6 halftime lead.

Pieruccini, a senior from Chicago, threw for 282 yards and ran for 109 as the Mavericks, ranked No. 19 in Division II, rolled up 503 yards in offense.

Minn. Duluth 52, Concordia (St. Paul) 49: Darren Walker's 3-yard TD run with 2:03 remaining in the fourth quarter — his third TD of the game — lifted the Bulldogs past the Golden Bears in St. Paul.

The Golden Bears had taken a 49-44 lead with six minutes remaining on a 31-yard TD run by Ron Johnson.

Drew Bauer passed for 246 yards and two TDs and rushed for 151 yards and a TD to lead the Bullodgs, Walker rushed for 113 yards.

Johnson passed for 252 yards and three TDs and rushed for 70 yards and two TDs for the Golden Bears.

Bemidji State 45, Wayne State 17: Tahi Nomane ran for two TDs and Damon Benham intercepted two passes to help the host Beavers improve to 3-0 for the first time since 2011.

Augustana 56, Minnesota-Crookston 3: Trey Heid, a senior from Lakeville North, became Augustana's all-time leader in touchdown passes in the victory over the Golden Eagles in Sioux Falls, S.D.

Heid, who passed for 263 yards, threw four TD passes to give him 75 for his career.

MSU Moorhead 23, Upper Iowa 21: Demetrius Carr threw two TD passes and Austin Stone rushed for 81 yards and a TD to help the Dragons outlast the Peacocks in Moorhead, Minn. Stone's 1-yard TD run early in the fourth quarter gave the Dragons a 22-14 lead.

SW Minnesota State 47, Mary 23: The Mustangs pulled away from a 14-14 halftime tie to top the visiting Marauders in Marshall, Minn.

Trailing 17-14 early in the third quarter, the Mustangs responded with 21 unanswered points to take a 35-17 lead.

Blake Gimble completed 15 of 19 passes for 175 yards and four TDs, and Max Simmons rushed for two TDs for the Mustangs. Divonte Beale rushed for 164 yards and Simmons, a true freshman making his first start, rushed for 101 as the Mustangs outgained the Marauders 514-343.

Winona State 26, Northern State 7: The Warriors took a 7-0 lead in the first 90 seconds of the game and built a 26-0 lead en route to a victory the Wolves in Winona, Minn. Jack Nelson completed 24 of 35 passes for 322 yards and a TD to lead the Warriors.

St. Scholastica 47, Eureka 6: Kyle Stepka passed for 308 yards and five touchdowns and ran for a score to lead the host Saints past the Red Devils in Duluth.

Northwestern (Roseville) 17, Minn.-Morris 0: Corbin Halbur passed for 277 yards and a TD to lead the host Eagles past the Cougars.

Macalester 45, Illinois College 35: Cody Petrich passed for 298 yards and two TDs and ran for a score and Ben Haltmaier kicked four field goals to help the visiting Scots earn a nonconference victory in Jacksonville, Ill.
