The eight-vehicle crash that had two lanes of northbound Cedar Avenue closed for more than an hour has cleared, and all lanes are open.
The backup remains, with 45-minutes waits coming up from I-35E. Alternate routes such as Hwy. 13, Hwy. 5, Hwy. 55 and 35W are moving slower than usual.
