HOMES BY ARCHITECTS TOUR

What: The Dalseth residence is among the 21 new homes and renovations -- all designed by members of the Minnesota chapter of the American Institute of Architects -- that will be on the tour. Architects will be on-site to answer questions about the design process.

Where: Twin Cities area and Nerstrand, Minn.

When: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 19 and 20.

Tickets: $25 available online until noon Sept. 18 at www.homesbyarchitects.org. $30 for the entire tour or $10 for individual homes on tour day at the door. For more information, call 612-338-6763.

The Home of the Month appears in the Sunday Homes section the first Sunday of every month. The program, a partnership between the Star Tribune and the Minnesota chapter of the American Institute of Architects, features architect-designed houses selected by a jury of experts.
