What: Renovation of a 1940s Cape Cod that includes a 11/2-story addition off the back of the home.
Square footage: Lower level, 165 before, 425 after; main level, 988 before, 1,263 after; upper level, 460 before, 680 after. Many of the existing spaces were also renovated.
