Two incidents are causing minor congestion on metro roads at 6:15 a.m.

In Roseville, a stalled vehicle is slowing traffic on westbound Hwy. 36 at Lexington Av.

A stalled vehicle is blocking the left lane on southbound 494 just south of the 494/694 split in Maple Grove.
