Authorities have shut down westbound 494 at 35W due to an accident involving a semitrailer truck.
The crash is in the vicinity of France Avenue. Ramps to westbound 494 at Penn and France Avenues have been shut down as well.
Some injuries are reported with this crash and one death, according to the State Patrol. You can look for this to remain in place for quite some time.
Possible alternates include American Blvd., Crosstown Hwy. 62 or 76th Street.
Traffic is building on northbound 35W from 494 to Crosstown.
