We end the rush hour with several areas of tight traffic that just won't shake loose.
Both 494 in either direction is still jammed up and it's 20 minutes between Hwy. 169 and Cedar Avenue.
The Crosstown remains heavy in both directions between Hwy. 100 and 35W.
Things are well below the posted speeds on 694 in both directions from Silver Lake Road and Snelling Avenue.
Eastbound 94 is still tight from Hwy. 101 to Weaver Lake Road in Maple Grove due to an earlier crash.
Westbound 36 from 35E to 35W is still sluggish, as is southbound Hwy. 100 from Duluth Street to 394.
