We end the morning rush hour with a few places where drivers are still getting caught in congestion.

Those include:

Crosstown in both directions from 28th Avenue to Hwy. 100. That is 15 minutes.

I-694 eastbound from Hwy. 169 over to Hwy. 252. That is 12 minutes.

I-494 westbound from Lyndale Avenue over to Hwy. 100. That is 15 minutes.

Westbound 94 from Hwy. 280 over to 11th Avenue.
