Today's rush hour was marked with stalls and crashes despite the fact that traffic volumes were extremely light for a Monday.

Commuters made good time with open roads. Transit riders experienced few delays on buses or trains. One inconvenience for carpoolers was on eastbound 394. The gate arms to the HOT lane at Hwy. 100 remained in the down position. That was the case on Friday, too.

At this hour, the worst traffic is on westbound 94 from Franklin Avenue to the Mississippi River bridge. There are a couple of fender benders slowing traffic.

In St. Paul westbound 94 is dealing with a crash in the left lane just before Hwy. 52. We also have a rollover on the bottom of the ramp from eastbound 94 at Lexington Avenue.
