We end today's rush hour with a few crashes on the system and plenty of congestion on some routes.

Here are the trouble spots:

Emergency personnel are on the scene of a motorcycle crash in the eastbound 394 HOT lane at Dunwood Blvd. It sounds as if the driver has back troubles. Let's hope she is okay.

Mainline 394 heading into Minneapolis is at a crawl from Hwy. 100 to 94.

On 694, a pair of crashes is adding to delays through the work zone in the northern suburbs. Look for them westbound at University Avenue and eastbound at East River Road.

The wreck on the right shoulder of westbound 94 at Dale Street is adding to the 23-minute drive from Hwy. 61 over to the Lowry Hill Tunnel in Minneapolis.

Congestion still rules on the westbound Crosstown from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100. It is the same story on westbound 494 in Bloomington.

Southbound 35W from Lake Drive to 694 is starting to thin as is northbound 169 across the Bloomington Ferry Bridge.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
