We end the rush hour with a stalled vehicle in the right lane on westbound 694 at Hamline Avenue. That is causing a backup to Victoria Street.

Ahead, look for a squeeze through the work zone from Central Avenue over to Hwy. 252.

Elsewhere things are moving at the posted speeds in most places. The exception is on westbound 494 where tight conditions exist from Cedar Avenue to France Avenue.
