Near the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport, a two vehicle crash is partially blocking the right lane on eastbound Hwy. 5 at Hwy. 55. There also is lots of road work in the area a W. 7th Street is down to one lane in each direction up to Davern Street.

A crash with lots of emergency vehicles on scene is blocking a lane on southbound Manning Avenue at the I-94 ramp in Lake Elmo.

Congestion persists in the west metro on southbound I-494 between Rockford Road and 394. The same is true on Hwy. 169 and Hwy. 100. That's all due to the road construction that will be with us all summer. Be prepared for lots of changes on Hwy. 100 later this week. And even more changes will be phased in this week on I-35E in Maplewood and St. Paul.
