9 a.m. update: Another crash to end the rush hour

The last 30 minutes of today's rush hour has been wicked, with a rash of crashes and persistent congestion.

The last 30 minutes of today's rush hour has been wicked, with a rash of crashes and persistent congestion.

The latest mishap is on southbound 35E where three cars are involved in a wreck on the right shoulder.
