Crashes and problems in the immediate metro area have been few and far between, leading to a smooth and hassle-free commute in most areas.

The congestion on eastbound Hwy. 10 at Foley Blvd. has abated as an earlier crash has cleared.

In Mendota Heights, a vehicle that conked out in the center lane of northbound 35E at Wagon Wheel Trail has just been pushed out of the lanes and onto the left shoulder.

As easy going as it has been in the immediate metro, drivers on I-35 and Hwy. 65 in East Bethel, Ham Lake, Cambridge and North Branch are struggling with the elements. Numerous spinouts and rollovers have been reported this morning as roads are in difficult driving conditions.
