Over the past 15 minutes, the number of crashes has dropped. That's the good news. The bad news is that congestion is firmly in place on many routes and doesn't show signs of abating any time soon.

Drivers on northbound Cedar Avenue and northbound 35E in the south metro know the feeling of being stuck in traffic. Things are hardly moving south of 494 on both routes. On 35E, look for crashes at Diffley Road and 494.

A new problem for northbound 169 drivers. Look for an accident parked on the right shoulder at Anderson Lakes Pkwy. We also have one at Old Shakopee Road.

Southbound Hwy. 100 is still struggling with a crash at 42nd Avenue. Things are jammed from I-94 past the scene.
