Everything is moving right along on most freeways and highways.

You'll find a few pockets on congestion on 494 between France Avenue and Penn Avenue. The State Patrol is dealing with a stall at 35W, but the drive is not too bad.

Also look for a bit of tight traffic on northound 35E approaching downtown St. Paul.
