Drivers are dodging stray cones littering the lanes of northbound 35W at Diamond Lake Road. Down in Burnsville, look for congestion slowing the drive from County Road 42 up to the Minnesota River.

More junk littering eastbound 494 at Hwy. 212. The slowest drive is westbound from Hwy. 5 over to Penn Avenue.

Southbound Hwy. 100 has become very sluggish from 394 down to Hwy. 7.

Northbound 35W from County 42 to the Crosstown: 15 minutes.
