8 a.m. update: Crash on 35W cleared

It's going to take a while for traffic to get back to normal on southbound 35W, but at least the crash that was blocking the left lane at Park Avenue has cleared. It's 20 minutes from Hwy. 280 to downtown Minneapolis.
