A stalled vehicle is blocking the right lane of westbound 94 at Hwy. 280.
Police are on the scene of a multi-vehicle wreck on southbound Hwy. 169 at Plymouth Avenue.
Elsewhere, traffic is tight on southbound 35E from 694 to University Avenue.
And there are pockets of congestion on southbound 35W from County Road H to Hwy. 280.
You'll still need 15 minutes on northbound 35W from the Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis.
