Roads are wet, but they are slippery, too. Keep the speeds down. A vehicle spun out on northbound 35E at Cliff Road.

Look for activity on southbound Hwy. 100 at Benton Avenue. A First Unit is on the scene.

A ramp jam is developing on the ramp from northbound 35W to Washington Avenue. A stalled vehicle is blocking
