8:50 a.m. update: Bad news for the dog

I'm sorry to say that the dog that was running along I-94 in Minneapolis did not make it out alive. The dog was hit and Animal Control was called off.

I'm sorry to say that the dog that was running along I-94 in Minneapolis did not make it out alive. The dog was hit and Animal Control was called off.

Traffic is backed up to Broadway heading into the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

Look for a fresh crash on westbound I-94 at Hwy. 169 in Brooklyn Park. Somebody is out in the lanes trying to pick up debris.
