A crash on the curve of eastbound Hwy. 55 and 5 near Fort Snelling has the eastbound Crosstown all bound up. Traffic comes to a halt at Cedar Avenue. Plan on a 10-minute set back if heading to MSP. Your better option is to take Cedar south to 494.
