The rush hour has been a routine drive for most commuters, and in areas where there had been congestion, things are clearing out.
Most routes in the suburbs are at or near the posted speeds. In the city, northbound 35W sputters from 46th Street to downtown Minneapolis due to a crash near I-94 on the "Downtown Exits" ramp.
Between the downtowns, 94 has off and on again slow traffic. Southbound 35E slows from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul.
No major problems on the routes, however.
The other hot spot is a crash on Hwy. 149 at Wescott. A car went into the snowbank.
