The stalls and crashes we've had in the past 20 minutes have all cleared out. At the moment, we are incident free on the mainline.
Things are still slow, however, on eastbound 394. The price for the HOT lane from 169 to downtown Minneapolis is at $4.75. It has been up to $6.75 as congestion was bad due to an earlier wreck at Dunwoody Blvd.
Northbound 35W is still 13 minutes from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis. Elsewhere, things have thinned out and are moving at near the posted speeds.
