The Bloomington Strip is dealing with a pair of crashes on 494. One is eastbound at Penn Avenue. That one has traffic bogging down west of Hwy. 100.

Westbound drivers come to a halt near 24th Avenue due to a wreck ahead near Cedar Avenue.
