Look out for icy conditions on northbound 35E between Maryland Avenue and Larpenteur Avenue. A couple vehicles have spun out. One landed in the ditch.

Southbound Hwy. 100 is stagnant from 94 to the Crosstown. That is 45 to 50 minutes.
