A couple of earlier crashes on Hwy. 100 has made the drive miserable for many motorists. A wreck on the southbound lanes at 23rd Street still has traffic backed up to Duluth Street. Plan on 25 minutes from 94 down to Hwy. 7.
Northbound still plugged up approaching Excelsior Blvd due to crash pushed to the right shoulder near Cedar Lake Road.
I-494 in both directions remains slow between Cedar Avenue and Hwy. 169. Plan on 20 minutes in each direction.
The Crosstown has loosend between Hwy. 169 and 35W in both directions.
Motorists on northbound 35W will feel the squeeze from 42nd Street to the downtown exits. Plan on 12 minutes there.
