Look out for people milling around in the center and left lane on eastbound I-94 just south of 394. That has traffic backed up to 7th Street. Apparently a dog is stuck under a vehicle.

Look out for people milling around in the center and left lane on eastbound I-94 just south of 394. That has traffic backed up to 7th Street. Apparently a dog is stuck under a vehicle.
