An accident on eastbound Hwy. 12 just prior to 394/494 has traffic tied up from Central Avenue to the interchange. The ramp to southbound 494 is also packed due to congestion on 494.

Southbound 494 is a miserable drive from the Fish Lake Interchange past a stall on the right shoulder at Minnetonka Blvd. That will take you 30 minutes or more, so settle in.

Northbound 169 is starting to recover now that a wreck at Anderson Lakes Pkwy. is gone. It's still 15 minutes from Canterbury Road up to 494.

Westbound Hwy. 36 has a hiccup at Dale Street. The crash on the right has traffic creeping along from I-35E. Ahead, things flow much better, but look for tight conditions on southbound 35W from Industrial Blvd. to Washington Avenue.

Northbound 35W hits the skids near 42nd Street. A tow is removing a stalled bus from the right shoulder at Franklin Avenue in Minneapolis.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
