8:35 a.m. update: Road closing alert in north metro

Old Highway 10 (Ramsey County Road 76) in Arden Hills will close tomorrow beneath Interstate 694 as crews place bridge beams for the new westbound Interstate 694 bridge above it. The road will be closed between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
