8:35 a.m. update: East 94 struggling

Commuters on eastbound 94 are running into a couple snags. The first is a crash on the left shoulder at Hamline Avenue. The second incident is a stall blocking a lane near Hwy. 61.

Commuters on eastbound 94 are running into a couple snags. The first is a crash on the left shoulder at Hamline Avenue. The second incident is a stall blocking a lane near Hwy. 61.

Westbound traffic continues to creep along. It's still close to an hour from Woodbury over to the Lowry Hill Tunnel in Minneapolis.

I 394 from 494 into downtown Minneapolis continue to run slow. Look for tight conditions and a 20-plus minute trip.

There is word that Hwy. 7 from St. Boni into Excelsior is very treacherous, thus the traffic delays.
