The crash on the right shoulder of southbound 494 at 49th Avenue has the right shoulder blocked. Traffic is moving over to the left lane to pass the scene, so expect a slow down approaching the scene.

Over on southbound Hwy. 100, things have loosened considerably between Duluth Street and Hwy. 7. An earlier stall in the left lane at Cedar Lake Road has been pushed off to the right shoulder, helping alleviate the squeeze.
