The late rush hour features a number of crashes and incidents, including a crash on eastbound 494 at France Avenue in Bloomington.

A mishap has one lane blocked on northbound 35W at Lyndale Avenue, adding to lengthy travel times into downtown Minneapolis.

Other problem spots include westbound 694 at Hwy. 252 and southbound 35W at Black Dog Road.

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 15 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 13 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to Crosstown: 12 minutes To downtown Minneapolis: 26 minutes.
