Crash on Hwy. 169 southbound at I-94 westbound is causing a slowdown.

Crash on Hwy. 169 southbound at I-94 westbound is causing a slowdown. Also, there are emergency vehicles on northbound I-35E at Yankee Doodle Rd eastbound, blocking the right shoulder.
